These main boom bails will allow attachment of the
blocks for the main sheet. Because the old iron
bails fell apart during re-galvanizing these, as
were all mast and boom bails and bands were custom
fabricated of silicone bronze by Carlos at CAM Machine
in Bristol.

New mast hoops replace what was just line tied around
the foremast to hold the luff of the foresail.

Jim Kennedy created a piece of art when he fabricated
the stem piece of the caprail.

The original helm was repaired and varnished, also
note the bronze throttle lever controlling new throttle
and shift controls by Panish.
